starting place of overland journey to
Mt. Geumgangsan!
Tourists can go to Geumgangsan by overland
at the northernmost district of the
east coast, Goseong.
Goseong is xplitted into two parts,
South Goseong nad North Goseong by
the truce line. Geumgangsan, Gamho,
Guseonbong, Samilop and Haegumgang
belong to south Goseong. Gaeseong-eup,
Jangjeon-eup, Seo-myeon, Outside Geumgang-myeon,
Sudong-myeon belong to North Goseong.Tourist
from south Korea can visit only Haegumgang.
